Then you will need to return the product to us in unspoilt condition, in it’s original packaging.
We take great care to ensure our products reach you in good condition.
However, in the event that you receive damaged or defective goods, please call our customer Service team on 0844 844 0111.
They will arrange a collection, and then credit, exchange or refund you at no extra cost.
Please note that any non-stocked item such as Custom printed tape or special made boxes can not be returned once your order has been confirmed.
